Joe has over 25 years construction experience in both public and private sector, originally a site worker Joe has progressed to his senior position within building control. He is also a Chartered Building Engineer and a Chartered Construction Manager.

Joe has a wealth of experience in most sectors from large complex engineered designs to more simple domestic extensions. Joe takes great pride in assisting clients to ensure that the most efficient means of compliance is provided.

Adam has worked throughout the East and West Midlands for the last 20 years and  prides himself on providing excellent customer service in order to assist clients in achieving regulatory compliance.

Craig originally joined our team as an Assistant Building Control Surveyor following many years active service in the industry working as a joiner.

Craig  successfully qualified as a Class 2 Registered Building Inspector in April and is currently working towards full membership of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers

Craig brings a wealth of construction knowledge and experience to the team.

Sarah joined us in January 2021 and is now our Business Support Manager assisting with general enquiries, registering projects and helping with the day to day running of the office. Sarah has achieved an NVQ Level 3 Diploma qualification in Building Control Technical Support and is now also a Class 1 Registered Building Inspector.

Sarah joined us in January 2022 as our Business Support Assistant processing quotes and registering new projects and is currently working towards an NVQ Level 3 Diploma qualification in Building Control Technical Support.
